The very name Aloe Vera attracts customers, and we are no exception. But how far are these ready to use products beneficial. As we all know fresh products always score higher when compared to packed and stored products. The same goes for homemade Aloe Vera juice.

Extracting Aloe Vera juice form a leaf is a fairly easy job and your efforts will be duly rewarded. To get your stock of fresh Aloe Vera juice you will need:

  • Aloe Vera leaf – as many as you wish
  • Sharp knife
  • Sharp edged spoon
  • Container
  • Blender
  • Strainer
  • Storing jar

If you have carefully seen an Aloe Vera leaf, you will notice small spikes running all along the sides. Using the sharp knife carefully cut off these spikes. Only a thin strip cut all along the sides of the leaf is enough.

When the top is removed the inner gel like substance is exposed. This is the part that will give us the much desired juice.

Using the sharp edged spoon, scoop out the gel-like substance from the leaf base. If you find it comfortable you can cut the leaf into thinner strips. This makes it easier to scoop out the gel.

When all the gel from the leaf is extracted it is time to juice it.

You will notice a frothy layer on top. This will settle down after some time. Strain the juice into a clean and dry container. You can store this juice in the fridge for a couple of days. To increase the shelf life and give a nourishment boost you can add the oil of four Forteens 60 Vitamin E Facial (Yellow) Capsules Oil for every one cup of juice.

Apply it to your face and hair as it is or mixed with some other ingredient. The benefits of fresh
Aloe Vera juices are unmatched.
